Organised by leading Japanese fashion industry publisher Senken Shimbun, the International Fashion Fair (IFF) is one of the largest trade exhibitions in Japan.
Directonal London-based womenswear label Girlgang who is exhibiting at Margin London in July 2006 has been selected by the IFF committee to exhibit free of charge in the directional hall called "Creators Village".
By return, Japanese label Agent Knock from the Creator’s Village at IFF Tokyo has been selected by Margin to exhibit their unique range of mens denim, tailoring and knitwear in London.
Both Girlgang and Agent Knock are showing exclusively outside of Tokyo at Margin London.
Senken Shimbun have regularly visited to report on Margin since the shows started in 2002 and selected Margin as the only UK event to take part in the exchange programme based on the directional offering of labels.
The IFF is collaborating only with CPH Vision (Copenhagen), Rookies (Stockholm), Upside (Milan), and
exclusively Margin from London.
Margin London takes place on the:
30th & 31st July 2006
with the IFF Tokyo taking place from the:
19th to the 21st July 2006
