KANGOLABORATION

Everyone’s heard of BANKSY… y´know over exposed stencil street “artist”. Less of you may have heard of NICK WALKER… though you will have seen his work everywhere from the 90’s graffiti scene to movie posters (eyes wide shut) to Weetabix adverts!

Some purist graffers would label him a “sell out” but I would remind them that to be a sell out first you have to buy in and when was the last time any graffer ever bought you a drink?

Nick’s latest project a collaboration with KANGOL…a leather laser cut baker boy hat (the galaxy model is his favorite)…sweet.

Vice magazine will soon launch a Spanish language edition.. (And guess whose angling for the post of ligger in chief?)… this mag has gone from strength to strength with an irreverent, dirty style…. the fashion “do’s and don’ts” have gone down in magazine history as probably the most copied idea in fashmags as well as being the most fuckin funny “cheer you up on Wednes- “come down”- day…. 

Check out the special needs birthday girl with the Puerto-Rican gang banging hip hop death clown her mom hired in for 10 bucks an hour… later he gave out crack ice cream with acid jelly chasers. The Latin Kings were fuckin pissed off homes… that’s their gang sign he’s flashing.

… Remember when you used to get beaten up at school for dressing different? Well read these pages and weep chains store jeans boy. Fashion has never been so funnneeee….

Glazed Donuts - J Dilla

The Dutch first invented donuts but they were shit until Captain Hanson Crockett Gregory (English) decided to stick a hole in the middle. Then the Dutch came back with hash cakes that enabled a million sweaty students to be transfixed by moving their hands in front of their face.

Well we never would have thought that doughnuts could have the power to move you in ways other than just filling the hole in your belly…that’s of course until recently. Now you can be moved by the new J Dilla CD/2LP which is out February 7th, 2006! Well worth it! This guy is one of the most respected heads in hip hop right now.
